A look at this week's matchups

Avon Lake at Berea - Avon Lake gets its last game against a losing team as Westlake, Brecksville and Amherst round out the Shoremen's schedule after this week.
Black River at Brookside - It's make or break time for Brookside. The 3-3 Cardinals have something to prove every week from here on out.
Brooklyn at Clearview - The Clippers need to rebound from last week's loss to Columbia.
Buckeye at Wellington - Two teams who want to keep their winning ways going to salvadge disappointing seasons.
Columbia at Oberlin - A little relief for the Raiders after a hard win over Clearview last week.
Elyria at Hudson - Can the Pioneers make it two in a row? They should against a struggling Hudson squad.
Fairview at Midview - Midview could use a good win after getting knocked around by Rocky River last week and shut out by Bay the week before.
Firelands at Avon - The end of a long rivalry that spanned four conferences and six decades as Firelands moves on to the Patriot Athletic Conference next season.
Findlay at Sandusky - This should be another GBC win for the Streaks, who are having a solid season.
Lorain at Bishop Watterson - The chances are not good for Lorain against state-ranked Watterson on the road, but stranger things have happened.
Lutheran West at Keystone - The Wildcats' skill position players should be able to out-hustle the Longhorns.
Mapleton at New London - This game may not be pretty, but both these teams are desperate for a win.
Midpark at Amherst - The vacation is over for the Comets after this week. The powers of the SWC await in Weeks 8-10.
Monroeville at Plymouth - The Eagles need a win after falling to Western Reserve last week. They still have an outside shot at a conference title.
North Ridgeville at Vermilion - The Rangers should be able to milk an easy win out of a struggling Vermilion squad, but have to contain Anthoney Budka.
Norwalk at Galion - The Truckers have shown some fight this year and Galion is struggling, so a win is not out of the question for Norwalk.
Oak Harbor at Edison - It's hard to tell which Edison team will show up week to week and the Rockets are having a good season at 5-1 so far.
Olmsted Falls at Westlake - This may be the game of the week as the Demons face another tough test in the Bulldogs.
Padua at Elyria Catholic - The Panthers will face a tough defense this week, but Danny Reaser and his receiving corps aren't a good matchup for any team.
Perkins at Huron - The Pirates' struggles reached a new plataeu last week when they missed the game-tying extra point against Edison. The Tigers are not likely to feel sorry for them, though.
Rocky River at Bay - One team is scoring at will while the other is struggling to put up points. The Pirates are on a tear since losing to Avon.
St. Mary at Clyde - The No. 1 team in Region 10 faces a down on its luck team in St. Mary. This one could be decided early, but the Panthers are feeling good after nearly knocking off Huron last week.
St. Paul at Western Reserve - This will be the game of the week and could decide the Firelands Conference. The scoreboard operator may be busy.
